Please read before proceeding with a custom build order.

FixedIt PC will build your PC exactly as specified on the Build Order Form. However, please be aware of the following:
  • If you selected your own parts: FixedIt PC will review your list and flag any compatibility issues before ordering. If you proceed after being notified of a concern, you assume responsibility. Any part that does not fit will be returned to you.
  • If FixedIt PC selected your parts: Compatibility is on us. If something doesn't fit, we will offer a comparable alternative. If no alternative is acceptable and you wish to cancel, you will receive a full refund.
  • Incomplete builds: If a part does not fit and cannot be replaced, the build may not be fully testable. Labor will be adjusted to reflect work actually completed.
  • Full details are covered in Section 19 of the Customer Agreement.
